CSR improvements
Wouldn’t it be nice if, when you connect with a customer service rep, their picture could download to your cell as the background image while connected, and your phone would also send your default picture?
Even if fake, might be a nice warm fuzzy. I like the idea of being able to see the eyeballs of whomever I am talking to.

Somebody in ops at a call center: go do this. Talk about interactive voice response!
Heck, would be nice for ANY phone call, come to think of it.
